Enterprise Sales Manager

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive adoption of GreenLedger across the ASEAN region. You will own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and close, targeting large enterprises, government entities, and listed companies that are subject to carbon compliance regulations. This is a high-impact role where you will directly influence revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify enterprise prospects across the Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and broader ASEAN markets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature for deals exceeding $100K ACV
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, sustainability officers, and compliance heads
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that articulate the value of GreenLedger for each prospect
  • Collaborate with compliance analysts and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations
  • Negotiate contract terms including pricing, SLAs, and implementation timelines
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting in our CRM system
  • Represent GreenLedger at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across the ASEAN
  • Provide market feedback to product teams to inform roadmap priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated experience closing complex enterprise deals with annual contract values of $100K or more
  • Strong existing network within Indonesia and ASEAN corporate and government sectors
  • Knowledge of sustainability, ESG reporting, or regulatory compliance software markets
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with consultative and solution selling methodologies
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to Indonesia government entities or quasi-government organizations
  • Prior experience in the sustainability or clean tech sector
  • Familiarity with carbon markets, emissions trading, or environmental compliance
  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Existing relationships with ASEAN-based sustainability officers and compliance teams
